Crowea is a beautiful small WA bush  flowering in spring. There are many growing along the roadside and on our property.

Our farm is 140acres, half is bush and the rest pasture. Take a look at the video password is home.

We planted 1200 oak and hazelnut trees in 2009. The roots were innoculated with the black 'Perigord' truffle spores. We hope to harvest the first this winter.

For only a small treat, our black Labrador Mavrick is eager to find them for us.

We found our first truffle in march 2015. Unfortunately an animal (fox, rat or bird) dug it up and we had to eat it unripe. It was still a great experience as we know now that our truffle orchard is producing.
